What do we do?

We work with investors providing fixed sum returns on investments.

We design, renovate and build a wide range of properties and developments, from single homes to small scale new build developments, full renovations to commercial developments including our Aparthotels, through our brands Wayth Hotels and Northern Lion.

My Architectural, Interior Design and project management company ‘ Greenstone Design Ltd’ was created in 2006 after relocating back to the UK from several years in New Zealand and the USA.

About Me...

My name is Michelle Gaffaney.

Since starting in the construction industry in 1988 I have been fortunate to work on a vast range of Architectural, Interiors and manage projects in various countries throughout the world, with a strong passion for design and creating spaces that people love to be in.

Over 37 years experience in the construction industry allows me to bring a unique and detail focused approach to property investing, designing and renovating and building award winning residential property developments with a combined GDV of £14.85M.

My experience also includes a wide range of commercial developments from HMOs, office conversions and Aparthotels and even Burial Barrows...

Wayth Hotels was created in 2023 and is a luxury small-scale hotel brand that offers guests an intimate and personalised

experience.

Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to every guest. From our beautifully appointed rooms and excellent locations, Wayth Hotels is the perfect choice for travellers seeking a truly luxurious experience.

The Briarcroft

Our First Apart-Hotel. Located in Goole, East Yorkshire which opened in June 2024.

We have fully renovated the 8 bedroom former, dated guest house into a luxury 16 bed Apart hotel.

Most rooms have fully fitted kitchens, with 5 rooms sharing a large and spacious guest kitchen. We have a housekeeping team and on site guest laundry.

Our guests vary from leisure to executives and contractors as we have a mix of rooms to suit differing requirements.

Our focus is on luxury accommodation for all with wellbeing and comfort at the core.

The Civic Hall

In April 2025 we completed on the purchase of this stunning Victorian Building - the former Civic Hall that will become a 16 bed Aparthotel over 3 floors, with a bar on the ground floor.

Located in the picturesque town of Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire, on the Pennine Way - and host to numerous TV shows and Hollywood films - the location is perfect for all guests seeking nature, stunning countryside scenery and artisan local arts and crafts.

Our second Aparthotel for Wayth Hotels is due to open in December 2025.
