Wayth Hotels is a luxury small-scale hotel ​brand that offers guests an intimate and ​personalised experience.

Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, ​and we pride ourselves on providing ​exceptional service to every guest. From our ​beautifully appointed rooms and excellent ​locations, Wayth Hotels is the perfect choice for ​travellers seeking a truly luxurious experience.

The Briarcroft

Our First Apart-Hotel. Located in Goole, East ​Yorkshire.

We have fully renovated the 8 bedroom ​former, dated guest house into a luxury 16 ​bed Apart hotel. Most rooms have fully fitted ​kitchens, with 5 rooms sharing a large and ​spacious guest kitchen. We have a ​housekeeping team and on site guest laundry.

Our guests vary from leisure to executives ​and contractors as we have a mix of rooms to ​suit differing requirements.

Our focus is on luxury accommodation for all ​with wellbeing and comfort at the core.

Who are we?

Since starting in the construction industry in ​1988 I have been fortunate to work on a vast ​range of Architectural projects in various ​countries throughout the world, with a ​strong passion for design.

Over 35 years experience in the construction ​industry allows me to bring a unique and ​detail focused approach to property ​investing and designing - and building ​award winning property developments.
